ReelConvo provides a platform for video interviewing, AI-powered teleprompting, and blog content generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

4. Payment Terms

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. If you elect to use paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.

• Subscriptions: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase to request a full refund. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

By using these integrations, you agree to be bound by the respective third-party terms of service, such as the Google Terms of Service. ReelConvo is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may also request immediate data deletion by contacting us.
